Contours

Contours has changed my whole outlook on life. I am thinner, fitter, more energized, and just generally happier. The staff are incredibly friendly and supportive and go out of their way to help you achieve your goals. They don't charge for extra things like weigh and measures. They also run fantastic classes, can assess your bodys true age and do personal training, massages and spray tans! They run competitions to help motivate members as well. At contours you don't fade into the background as soon as you join like at other big gyms. You become part of a group of friends that all have a common goal. To be better healthier happier versions of ourselves. I can't recommend contours highly enough!
