    When I first brought here they advised me that they would build a retaining wall, once I got my title, got nothing and was advised I dident require one? I spent 30k extra to build a 6.5m retaining wall as requested by the engineer. Was going to go court over it, but would cost too much... Custodian Land is horrible to deal with especially a bloke called "Andrew Nguyen" think he got the sack from there now anyway.
